From Michael Muriel to Bobby Rathbun to Christian Schreiber, they provided the utmost knowledge in selecting the perfect car, a Lincoln Nautilus. As a woman, I appreciated all the respect I never got at other dealerships. My first drive with Michael was exactly what I wanted as he showed me all aspects of the car and answered any silly thing I asked him. His politeness was exceptional. Then Bobby, the general manager answered any other questions to make sure I had all the information. Christian followed up with the financial matters and made me feel better about the payment. We purchased a Lincoln Natilus on 8/29/25 from Alex Karras Lincoln. They were fantastic to do business with. We went in three different times. They never harassed us, called us, emailed us, or texted us. Thats how all dealers should be. I like walking in a door and not have someone jump on me. This was my 5th service experience and it went well. I was expecting superior service and I received it! I appreciated the car wash, too, since I had seen leftover bugs from my last highway trip. No bugs now and an excellent service from the Lincoln dealership!

On 9/8/25,, I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Aviator from Al PiemonteLincoln, in Bradenton, Fl. The sales staff was informative, experienced and made me feel I made the best deal.

I broke down in a Jaguar F Type at the entrance to this dealership. A salesman, Chris came out to help me. He got a mechanic to check the basics on the car and several men to push my car to a safe location. I was treated to water and support while in a stressful situation. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from any of the sales team.
