The new Lincoln Corsair: Get a competitive price on our most popular model
The Lincoln Corsair is the best-selling model that Lincoln makes and there are plenty of reasons why. It's handsomely packaged, comes with an entry-level crossover price and received a mid-cycle refresh for the latest model year. The newest edition of the Lincoln Corsair comes with a civilized approach to driving and its premium cabin manages to keep up with its more expensive Lincoln counterparts. Here's a look at why the Lincoln Corsair is so popular with so many of our customers at Alex Karras Lincoln in Bradenton, FL.
What's new for the latest model year?
Lincoln's most compact SUV gets a light visual refresh that includes a re-designed grille, exterior lighting elements and attractive new wheel designs. Lincoln has put a fresh satin metallic exterior trim to the plug-in hybrid Grand Touring model to identify its position at the top of the Lincoln Corsair hierarchy. There is now a bigger 13.2-inch infotainment scrfeen that comes standard on every model and there's also a newly standard 12.3-inch digital gauge display. Climate controls in the new Corsair have been re-worked and so has the console in the center.
Trim levels
The 2023 Lincoln Corsair keeps things simple for our Sarasota and Siesta Key customers with just three trims to choose from:
- Standard
- Reserve
- Grand Touring
If you're putting a high priority on affordability, consider the entry-level Standard version of the new Lincoln Corsair. However, it's not a big step to move up to the Reserve trim. That's where you can get appealing features like a hands-free power liftgate, 19-inch wheels, Lincoln fog lamps, satellite radio, navigation, and a premium stereo system with 14 speakers.
Other attractions in the Reserve model include a genuine wood interior trim, a power-adjustable steering column, and heated front seats covered in genuine leather. The top-level plug-in hybrid Grand Touring model is where you'll get a satin metallic exterior trim with blue accents.
Engines and performance
The standard engine in the new Lincoln Corsair is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder power plant with 250 horsepower and you'll find that engine on both the Standard and Reserve trims. You can get an 8-speed automatic transmission standard along with front-wheel drive, or you can move up to the all-wheel drive system and get better traction. The all-wheel drive Corsair model with the turbocharged four-cylinder engine can take you from zero to 60 mph in only 6.1 seconds. The plug-in hybrid model can make the same trip in 7.0 seconds.
Fuel economy
According to the EPA, the front-wheel drive Lincoln Corsair can give you 22 MPG in urban areas and 29 MPG on the highway. If you choose all-wheel drive, your fuel efficiency in the city drops only a little to 21 MPG. The plug-in hybrid, of course, is the best money-saver of all with 34 MPG on city streets and 32 MPG on highways around Longboat Key.
Interior comfort
The Lincoln Corsair wraps you and your passengers in a luxurious cabin that lives up to the high standards you'll find across the entire Lincoln lineup. Inside this attractive SUV you can get optional adjustable ambient lighting, a head-up display, 24-way power-adjustable seats and the luxury of genuine leather upholstery. There's also an app available that allows you to you lock, unlock and start the new Corsair from your own personal smartphone.
Infotainment technology
The Lincoln Sync4 infotainment system is a standard feature and it can be managed by a large 13.2-inch touch screen. Your driving will be made easier and safer with the help of a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are part of the standard package and you can upgrade to a Revel stereo system with the audio power of 14 speakers.
